You are only as good as the people you dress.
We trained very hard, but it seemed that every time we were beginning to form into teams we would be reorganised. I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganising, and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress, while producing confusion, inefficiency and demoralisation.
The great law of culture: Let each become all that he was created capable of being.
It is time for us all to stand and cheer for the do’er, the achiever – the one who recognizes the challenge and does something about it.
Am I shaping my deeds to a well made plan? Patiently doing the things I can? Or, am I a wrecker, who walks the town Content with the labor of tearing down?
Each problem that I solved became a rule, which served afterwards to solve other problems.
